Ahmet Bilaloglu is a PhD Candidate in the History department. His research interests include early modern Ottoman cultural and intellectual history; Ottoman literature and historical writing; and production and dissemination of knowledge in the early modern Ottoman world. He also holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Bogazici University and two MA degrees from Sabanci University and CEU, respectively. He has received fellowships and grants from CEU, Sabanci University, Istanbul University and Bogazici University.
