I completed my BA in History at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG / Brasil), defending the undergraduate thesis “The Bosnian War in History and Literature: analysing the works of Saša Stanišić and Miljenko Jergović”. I completed my MA in Global Cultures at Università di Bologna (UNIBO / Italy), defending the thesis "Against Ambiguity: The Reception of Yuli Daniel's works before and after his trial", supervised by professors Paolo Capuzzo and Vanessa Voisin. Besides working as a PhD Candidate in Comparative History at Central European University, I also work for the CEU Application Clinic, assisting students by revieweing application materials, and I volunteer as Vice-President and Editor-in Chief at ISHA (International Students of History Association).
In the autumn 2024, I will be abroad as a visiting fellow at Harvard's Houghton Library, the University of Michigan and the University of Minnesota.
